The position is responsible for the development and execution of training and scientific communication programs and materials for all stakeholders (internal colleagues, customers, veterinarians, key opinion leaders, breeders and pet owners) to support the strategic goals of the business and help drive our brand reputation.
This will be fixed-term employment for maternity leave period, unless the company cannot offer you a new role.
You will be
Developing and implementing the local scientific communication strategy and plan;
Delivering a consistently improving knowledge sharing.
Developing and adapting scientific communication materials, programs, tools;
Managing training and learning programs and acting as an internal trainer;
Acting as scientific drive and support for Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and supporting consumers in nutrition, and animal health related questions;
Building effective external relationships by delivering trainings, taking part in external events, cooperating with partners (e.g universities, expert organisations);
Ensuring that all the communication of the company is up to date with the relevant regulations;
Cooperating with global scientific and R&D team.
Ideal candidate has
Veterinarian education or experience in the field of biology, preferably veterinarian background;
High knowledge of cats and dogs’ nutritional needs;
Experience in communication, translation, training management area;
Digital awareness and e-tools management experience;
Advanced skills in written and spoken Estonian and English;
Positive, flexible, independent and customer-oriented attitude;
Great presentation skills.
