Provide business and administrative support to stakeholders.
Assist in coordinating meetings and managing related materials.
Support with calendar management, travel arrangements, and action tracking.
Oversee large budget management.
Create periodic project highlight reports to summarize progress and key updates.
Maintain a dynamic list of potential and pipeline projects, identifying new opportunities and improvements.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative.
A background in finance is a strong advantage.
Discreet and trustworthy, with a high level of integrity.
Skilled at multitasking and maintaining strong attention to detail.
