What would be your responsibilities?
Leading and managing end-to-end recruitment projects for a range of clients, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and long-term partnerships;
Proactively identifying business development opportunities and playing a key role in expanding our client portfolio;
Acting as a strategic advisor to clients, providing market insights, talent strategies, and workforce planning support;
Supporting junior consultants, sharing best practices and contributing to the development of team capabilities;
Building a strong talent pipeline through advanced sourcing techniques and industry networking;
Consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team targets, while upholding high professional standards.
We hope that you
Have at least 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy or agency environment;
Can communicate very well (written and verbal) in English and Estonian;
Bring a deep understanding of the recruitment market and are confident advising clients at a senior level;
Are self-motivated, business-minded, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
