Workplace Project Manager

Nordea, one of the largest Nordic banks, is looking for a Project Manager who contributes to company’s success by providing efficient, flexible premises, supports business areas with optimal workplace solutions and leads different projects.

Office location is in Tallinn.

Your key accountabilities will be:

  • Coordinating office reconstruction projects

  • Organizing and coordinating team movements within different locations

  • Driving different projects: system implementation, testing and general support of different initiatives

  • Participating in organizing company-wide initiatives and events

  • Possibility to support with Risk&Compliance area – Business Continuity plans and testing of scenarios

  • Ensuring fastest possible solution of any emerged problem

Your profile:

  • You must have the ability to “have many balls in the air”, since you will be managing a portfolio of different projects with different objectives and challenges

  • Make it happen attitude – You must always be ready to do what is needed to get things moving

  • You will be collaborating with many different stakeholders and people on all levels, so great people skills are needed to ensure that everyone feels secure

  • Comfortable with numbers, analytical and critical thinking – we provide database insights and analysis for the Banking areas

  • Always dedicated to delivering results and meeting business needs

  • Driven by change and support change management in organization

Your experience and background:

  • You have previous project management experience

  • Hands-on experience in running a unit / business as administrator, office assistant, business support officer or similar

  • Professional Estonian and English languages both spoken and written

  • Educated to bachelor’s degree level

  • Ability to manage time and relations

  • Advanced computer skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret documents
