We’re hiring a Regional EHS Manager to lead environmental health and safety across our UK and Baltic operations. This is a high-impact role for someone with strong EHS leadership experience in manufacturing, a practical mindset, and the ability to work across sites and borders. You’ll manage a skilled team of EHS professionals and work closely with regional leaders to implement our European EHS strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, supporting teams, and driving meaningful change.
Implement and support the European EHS strategy in your region
Lead and develop a team of EHS managers and specialists across multiple sites, and guide site teams in meeting EHS goals and maintaining compliance
Conduct audits, assess risk areas, and improve site-level safety systems
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external authorities
Oversee the EHS aspects of strategic projects, including site transitions
Monitor and analyze incident and performance data to guide improvements
Coordinate regional EHS activities and working groups to share best practices
Build trust and engagement with site managers to ensure EHS ownership
Identify and develop high-potential EHS talent within your team
Report EHS performance to regional leadership and the European EHS Director
At least 5 years of EHS management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple sites and countries
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and systems
A proactive, collaborative leadership style with the confidence to influence at all levels
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Professional EHS qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent)
Degree-level education in a relevant field
Fluent in English; Estonian or Latvian is a strong advantage
Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Baltics (up to 50%)
