To realize our ambitious targets, we have established Growth business unit to drive the new projects focusing on M&A, B2B energy services and Greenfield energy production in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden and the UK.
We are looking for a SENIOR INVESTMENT ANALYST to play a key role in Growth team and guarantee the success of new investment projects on an international level.
Your key responsibility areas include:
Investment project financial modelling.
M&A support, including in due diligence process.
Counterparty / customer analysis e.g. financial , commercial and market analysis.
Investment project risk/reward and sensitivity analysis.
Supporting in analysis, recommendations and decision-making materials.
Desired experiences and skills:
Investment project financial modelling.
M&A support, including in due diligence process.
Higher education in finance, economics or similar field and 5+ years’ experience in financial analysis.
Statistical, data driven and problem-solving mindset.
Holistic, open-minded, and focused on adding value. Demonstrating strong business acumen with a solid understanding of key drivers.
Team player with good communication skills and proficient in English.
Experiences with energy infrastructure projects (especially in district heating business) and with M&A would be an asset.
