What would be your responsibilities?
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes: from sourcing candidates to successful placement;
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions;
Developing a network of top-tier candidates using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and referrals;
Providing consultative advice to both clients and candidates on market trends, hiring strategies, and career development;
Meeting and exceeding individual and team recruitment targets.
We hope that you
Have minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a recruitment agency;
Can communicate well (written and verbal) in English and Estonian;
Have interest in market trends and like to continuously learn new things;
Are results-driven and motivated by success with a proactive and positive attitude.
