Posti Service Center in Tallinn was established in late 2017. At Posti Service Center (PSC), we make Posti’s business processes flow smoother with our services in sales and customer service, finance & accounting, sourcing, HR and payroll. We are part of a stable company but independent in our daily work. We currently have approximately 100 employees in Tallinn’s office.

We are looking for a Payroll Team Lead, who will be responsible for managing a team of payroll professionals working in two countries - Estonia and Finland. At the moment we have 7 Payroll Specialists in Finland and 4 team members in Estonia.
Main responsibilities:
Ensure all payroll deadlines are met and service levels are met.
Review the workloads of the payroll team.
Act as the point of contact for any escalated payroll queries.
Review, monitor and implement new process improvements.
Control that payroll process descriptions and work instructions are up to date.
Set clear expectations and goals for the payroll team(s).
Ensure that quality payroll and financial information is available for use by the business by providing accurate, up to date information as requested in a timely manner.
Previous experience in team management, ideally 5+ years in relevant field.
Previous experience in both Finnish and Estonian payroll.
Fluency in Estonian, Finnish and English.
Higher education in a relevant field, such as accounting, economics, finance, etc.
