Our client is a fast-growing international distributor of professional kitchen equipment, offering an extensive and ever-evolving product range. With a footprint across Europe, the USA, Central Asia, and the Middle East, they work exclusively with resellers in the HoReCa sector and are known for their agility, entrepreneurial culture, and sharp commercial focus.
To support their continued expansion, they are looking for a driven and hands-on Sales and Business Development Manager—someone eager to take ownership, open new markets, and contribute directly to the company’s growth across Europe and beyond.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including cold calling, client acquisition, invoicing, and client onboarding
Manage the portfolio of active clients, and maintain quarterly sales targets
Support clients in using the company's digital platforms and systems
Travelling for business to participate in events and meet with clients
Collaborate with various internal teams (accounting, logistics, design, etc.)
Handle sales-related tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining high expectations for proactivity and initiative
Proven experience in sales management, especially in B2B sales
Strong communication skills in English and Russian (additional Scandinavian languages are a plus)
Proficiency in cold calling, client acquisition, and client onboarding
Experience with ERP and CRM systems
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, communicative, and conscientious, with the ability to handle additional tasks
